This wins it all

Texas does not ask this Court to reelect President Trump, and Texas does not seek to disenfranchise the majority of Defendant States’ voters. To both points, Texas asks this Court to recognize the obvious fact that Defendant States’ maladministration of the 2020 election makes it impossible to know which candidate garnered the majority of lawful votes.

Game. Set. Match.

This is their move to replace Biden with Harris via their twisted view of the 25th amendment.

Good news is Biden isn't president so you can't invoke it.

I personally guarantee you they won't be posting angry tweets.

They'll be too busy fertilizing the ground.

I really hope they're all wearing masks during the upcoming Civil War. Will make it easy to know who to shoot.

125 police with full auto weapons.

I’m sure they’ll be just fine.

So what you’re talking about are intelligence subpoenas, a type of administrative subpoena, that can only be enacted if used in a terrorism investigation. This situation certainly wouldn’t apply here.

Just wanted to add it’s incredibly rare for any 3-letter agency to be granted a subpoena from a judge or grand jury solely using an affidavit. There are protocols which include a wide variety of supporting documents outlining the breadth and reasoning for the request.

They don’t.

The Department of Justice, as an executive department, does though. But the FBI doesn’t have the inherent ability to create and sign administrative subpoenas; they still need a judge or grand jury.

Sorry, that’s incorrect. Legalpede here.

The FBI does not have inherent ability to use administrative subpoenas; only the Executive Branch can do that without a judge or grand jury.

FBI is tucked into the Department of Justice, which is a federal executive department, so they are capable of signing administrative subpoenas.

Legalpede here.

So, the FBI doesn’t have inherent subpoena power. Much like other entities, they can obtain a subpoena by presenting form and evidence to a judge or grand jury which approves it.

They just can’t walk into Wray’s office and ask to legally compel someone to appear.

Been here since 2015 and it’s always refreshing to see a new pede find their home here.

God bless you pede...now let’s win this election!

I think what you’re thinking about is a stay of execution, which does require 5 justices.

Sure.

They decide the Constitution remains, Trump wins.....cool with that.

They decide the Constitution is a relic with no legal bearing....cool with that.

If the Constitution is gone, all laws have no basis as all are governed by it. Everything is legal, and I draw no distinction between those who attack the Constitution and those who won't.

Both go into the ground the same way.

This.

If the Constitution isn't followed, all laws created through the cast of the Constitution don't matter either.

It'll be time to bury commies.
