Your mistake is bringing up Digimon instead of Pokemon.

I never had Twitter but heard Parler mentioned and signed up. Lots of good energy over there!

Are they really? I never thought there were a ton of leftist NASCAR fans out there. That's what strikes me as funny, they're pandering to a fan demographic that doesn't exist.

My first thought when all this came out was, I wonder if this will be like the Covington kids video. The fact that it's been a month and no bodycam footage, while the Brooks video came out like a week after the event, makes me think it's another cover-up.

Thank you for sharing! I really want to attend a rally and it's great to hear about positive experiences like yours! :)

It's really a blessing in disguise. Defending your ideas, as opposed to sitting in an echo chamber, makes your arguments so much stronger.

He isn't out-and-out rude, but I wouldn't call it "respectful". More like tolerating? I tolerate his views, he tolerates mine. We have discussions but we're both incredibly stubborn and doubtful we'll change each other's minds.

My understanding is it's an Antifa symbol, and the ad was using it to call out Antifa.

I'm currently dating a leftist. Any advice? Did you know he was on the left before you were married?

Welcome! I was in the same boat as you when I voted in 2016 - I chose Trump simply because he was the Republican candidate. Kavanaugh was the eye opener, and everything since then has forced me onto the MAGA train. I'm hoping and praying the events of the past 4 years, and especially the last few months, will lift the wool off many others' eyes.

I love Tucker but he did the same thing when the Wuhan flu started - encouraging people to stockpile supplies and general fearmongering. If you think about it though, we need a strong bias in the opposite direction to combat the terrible leftist media bias.

Question for those who have been to rallies and were unable to get in: Is it worthwhile to go if you can't actually get inside? Also what's the vibe like in/out of the rally? I've never been to one, wanted to fly over to Tulsa if my mom's birthday wasn't this weekend.

You are FAR, FAR, FAR more likely to be discriminated against at work for being a Trump supporter than for being gay, black, female etc.

FTFY.

I'm really hoping this site branches into that. It'd be great to talk and connect with like-minded people about things not necessarily related to politics.

Unless there's a euphemism I'm unfamiliar with, a "billfold" is a thin wallet that holds your cash and cards.

That's something I hadn't even thought of! Things are only getting crazier, especially if (when) Trump gets re-elected.

That's an excellent point. We're already in a pretty vocal minority, to have the person who's supposed to be on your side through everything opposing you has to be difficult.
