Because PA is more of a slam dunk. The court is more likely to side with Trump there, and once they do the MI judge is more likely to follow.
Yep! There weren't enough Trump votes in heavy democrat cities/counties to switch. They had to take them from red counties, and as long as the counties remained red they thought no one would go looking there for the fraud.
This wasn't Trump's lawsuit. This one was filed by a non profit on behalf of some MI citizens, including some of the witnesses who were poll observers. Trump has filed a federal suit, so with multiple suits in multiple courts the odds are better than one of the judges will side with the plaintiff.
The real issues lies in the fact that they were entering these voters onto the voter roll to begin with. They were supposed to match the ballot with a registered voter in the QVF or the supplemental list and record that the vote was received. If not on either list, the ballot should be put aside and not counted. Instead, they entered them in the system on the spot and put 1/1/1900 as the birthdate. They should not have been entering new voters at all.
You're wrong. All they were asking for at this particular hearing is for an independent audit to verify the results are accurate. They don't have to have direct evidence of specific cases of fraud or illegal ballots at this point, as it would be nearly impossible to even obtain that without an audit. They just needed to show that there's enough reason to believe there may have been wrongdoing, to justify doing an audit so they can find that evidence.
This is separate from the lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign in Michigan, correct?
Did he not read the affidavits where they stated they were threatened and intimidated by the poll workers? Some of them were physically pushed away. How and where exactly were they supposed to enter these challenges, when they weren't physically permitted to access the means to do it?
No kidding! What exactly would be considered evidence? Should the challengers have snatched the fake ballots and run out with them? The reason they are asking for the audit is to FIND the evidence that supports what the witnesses witnessed.
I think whoever is found to have committed this fraud should be required to spend 24 hours in the company of that woman and Fink as punishment.
The vendor installed an update the night before the election according to an elections supervisor in Spalding county. Apparently, it was done without the knowledge of election officials and the supervisor says she doesn't even know what was on the update.
Ridley said that a representative from the two companies called her office after poll workers began having problems with the equipment Tuesday morning. The representative said the problem was due to an upload to the machines by one of their technicians overnight, Ridley told POLITICO.

Oakland county in Michigan had a similar "glitch" as the one in Antrim. One of the local races was mistakenly called for the democrat on election night based on the faulty data. By the next morning a clerk discovered the error and corrected it, which resulted in the republican actually winning and the county flipping from blue to red where it belonged.
That looks like a list of political donors (contributors) where Act Blue is listed as the recipient of several donations. The employer column refers to each contributor's employer, which happens to be Dominion for every contributor on the list. In other words, this is a list of donations made to Act Blue by Dominion employees.
It won't work. To be eligible to vote in a runoff election in GA, you have to be a registered voter at the time of the regular election that led to the runoff.
Fortunately, Georgia does have exactly the law you mentioned. You cannot vote in a runoff and less you were already registered at the time of the regular election that lee to the runoff.
The joke is on the clowns who attempt this. In order to vote in a special or runoff election in Georgia, you have to have already been a registered voter at the time of the regular election that led to the runoff.
I figured he resigned due to something like this. Maybe he’s involved or knew about it, or at least figured he was next on the chopping block for having it happen under his watch. We’re not getting the full story about this from the media, the timing of his resignation is suspicious as hell But of course the media is trying to change the narrative to make it look like he resigned because the whole idea of election fraud is just so silly.
Doesn’t matter, republicans will have access to the version/code used during recount. If it’s a “clean” version then it will count the votes correctly and Trump wins. If it’s the same version used on election night, they’ll find the algorithm. Either way we win.
I hope you sent this to the Trump campaign, Don Jr., OAN, Newsmax, etc.?
Wow. Regardless of what anyone says, the most glaringly obvious "coincidince" to this "glitch" is that it happened to a significanct number of votes only in swing states, and was most significant in every one of the swing states that Trump was winning and flipped blue overnight. This is major! I wouldn't publicize this yet, you don't want them to get rid of the evidence!
RDF. Resting dick face.
I know, right? This is so absurd it feels like a joke.
Maybe not of a very high character, but he is a high character.
Now that would be ironic, no one would have precdicted 20 years ago that we could go from hanging chads to being the posterchild for how to run an election!
Surely she's referring to the 2012 election.
