well now is the time to start pressuring the democrats to do this. the rhetorical tactic would go along the lines of "the evil republicans can no longer block the democrats from passing this meaningful legislative reform that has broad bi-partisan popular support, so why aren't the dems pursuing it full-heartedly?"

forget republicans. convince your lefty friends (if you any have left) to start talking about it and infiltrate their groups to drum up some loud public pressure.

yah when is NPR going to start acknowledging all of this and quit with the snarky "unsubstantiated.... without evidence" addendum to all of these thousands of "isolated incidents"? pretty much sick of this concerted and deliberate lack of imagination when it comes to identifying ways mass mail in voting could conceivably go south.
