The video showed the ballots being run through the machines multiple times. At least that much is very clear. One could speculate that maybe the counting machines protect against that and the first time it was run though it just didn't "take", but that doesn't seem consistent with other info. - The activity shown on video was not illegal.
- TPTB were corrupt/not willing to get involved.
We cannot rule out 2, and in fact it seems like a whole lot of evidence points that way -- even from SCOTUS.

That evidence already exists. Hell, those Georgia counters were filmed taking ballots from under the table and running them through the machines multiple times at the same time as Biden got huge spikes in the count.
