The only hope for red states are strong voting laws that limit illegal ballots. Unfortunately as we've seen, even in FL, if the ballot counters are democrats, then the entire system is a farce. One bad county can flip a state.

I work at a major US corp, it's in the top 30 of the S&P 500. A recent company announcement included how they plan to go hard at increasing diversity and that they were proud to announce the last 20 director positions were filled by women (and a few by minorities).
Doesn't mean much since below the CEO, there's a crap ton of Indians in upper management, we have multiple indian offices (Hyderabad, Chennai, etc), and I'd guestimate about 75-85% Indians in my office (of around 2500 people).
tldr; Hiring indians = diverse, even though most of the company already appears to be indian. PS: company says fuck you if you're male.

based on this article, it sounds like JNJ vaccine is mRNA based too, the delivery method is just different ... then I read it again, it sounds like they spliced the rna of the cold virus to contain the spike protein. So it's a cold virus that looks like covid. Which is what I originally thought
I got the JNJ vaccine today, 11 hours ago. I didn't want the mRNA vaccines because who knows the long term issues with that.
The flu shot is more painful than the JNJ shot. Tiny needle, small amount of liquid, and my arm feels normal. Zero side effects so far. EDIT: Next day I have mild flu symptoms. Just general body aches.
I personally know 4 people who've gotten the mRNA vaccines, one of which is a nurse. No one has died from it, but I think mRNA vaccines are not tested long enough. The method used in JNJ vaccine has been around since the 70s. EDIT2: The mother of the nurse I mentioned, is also a nurse, and she got the pfizer vaccine. Next day she suffered a stroke.
What everyone needs to understand is that the average woman and minority are looking at the top 1% of men and saying "I want that too!"
The issue is, not all men are in the top 1%. The rest of the men would love to be in the top 1% as well, but that's not how this works.
If you want to push equality, then push for equality. There are a metric ass ton of garbage men, plumbers, electricians, etc, who make a decent wage, but you never see anyone pushing for more women to pick up trash.
