I'm reading it and it looks like they only need the justice if the president is still in power. Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, just making sure we're not talking out our collective asses. Someone tell me why this is wrong.

Twitter doesn't need registered accounts to make money. they make money from advertising and that comes from users/eyeballs. So just visiting instead of taking a screenshot and sharing that, helps them profit.
Well, the company goes through different management with different objectives. One year they want to get rid of as many employees as possible to save on costs. A few years later they want to get rid of all contractors to save on costs.
In the situation I describe, we were expanding contractors. We have several contracting firms that have been company approved to pick from. So it's not like I can just go on monster.com and pick someone at random.
Additionally there is a lot of company overhead and regulations that prevent questions from being asked. Questions that would be job related. The rules are rubbish, for example, we're not allowed to compare candidates against each other (which is what you'd have to do in order to pick the best of the people you interview). You're supposed to pick them individually and not compare one to the others. I'm guessing we have settled lawsuits in the past on that topic.
Sure, I can pick no one, but we still have work to do and tossing people at a project is better than having no staff working on it.
Keep in mind that most of the upper management is Indian too (except for the white CEO), so if there is any discrimination, it's against white males. The entire company has diversity emails, posters about it being our strength, emails about how we're aiming for 95% diversity hires this year, etc.
It's all code for: We're not hiring any white males, anyone else is diverse, including white females. The last town hall I was on, they were happy to announce the latest 8 Director positions went to diverse people.
I've interviewed several times where this happens:

Contracting company submits resumes, and you pick a few for initial interview via phone.

You interview a guy, and they can't answer the questions, they ask for a break.

Second guy shows up and can answer the questions you asked #1, but can't answer anything new you didn't previously ask.

You pick the best of the terrible candidates, and the guy that shows up isn't the same one as you interviewed.
Note: Its obvious they googled the question between interviews and told the interviewee the answers.
I already know how to code. My office is 85% Indian. They destroyed small business (They make up the middle class). Foreigners take over most of the IT jobs (more middle class jobs being exported). Raise minimum wage and import millions of poor from south america (lower class jobs being exported).
What's left? Shut up and die. As Biden said, whites will be a minority in America due to unrelenting immigration policies. It will be a good thing, diversity is our strength.

Facebook and Twitter have Indian staff that are working as quickly as they can to censor Americans using CCP style techniques.
It's basically a slow walked invasion and population replacement to defeat the United States from within.
I wouldn't even need 100%, just imagine if they spent half as much (or even 1/3rd) time looking at election fraud.
