I daresay--in a strict. constructionism constitutional sense, this was a legal and lawful order given while we were in the midst of a coup under a state of emergency and our nation's leader was under attempted manipulation by the influence of foreign agents who openly threatened to remove him from the Official residence of our head of state while spreading foreign propaganda and turning our own people against us.....
Given that, we assuredly qualify as a "well regulated militia". And we were, in this case of overwhelming external pressure, "being necessary to the security of a free State".
I'm pretty sure we just proved the case for locking in the Second Amendment with Strict Constitutional Constructionism for many generations to come.
Next up, we need to run a constitutional convention to amend the size of the court and preserve our freedom. It would be beautiful if they could name it after Antonin Scalia. (Rest in Peace and Freedom, based soul.)
