I can't entirely understand what you're saying because of your grammar but it looks like you're saying that I've left out the white libs. Indeed - I would say 55% of white women and 30% of white men can't wrap their minds around equality either. If I were to map that onto the black population I'd modify my original impression to say that 75% of black women and 45% of black men can't seem to handle the nuances of equality
Honestly the grievance politics have started to convince me that at least half of black people can't actually wrap their minds around equality, and the "protests" these last few years have given me a neutral assessment of white flight rather than judgement. I used to think stuff like this was cringe but the despicable politics of the left have created an open grave where there was once a brief possibility of a peaceful multi-cultural society. In the eyes on the right column all I see is resentment and grievance politics now.

I'm a former prisoner and I'll be the first to say that the restaurant industry is worse than prison. I'd rather live in a van and eat garbage than work in the food industry again. Managed a restaurant for 5 years and worked in the industry for 10. Fuck them. I agree with your larger point though.
