The Democrats keep trying to tug on heartstrings but all I can think about is how they supported the literal dictionary definition of terrorism this year. For every picture of someone they claim will be devastated by removing their unconstitutional bill (they won't) I can find a video of someone they sent to the hospital with a kick to the head.

Sure, always vote MAGA. Run MAGA candidates. Do your part to stop the Communist indoctrination in the schools. But for your kids, your time is better spent planning to create a learning environment for your kids and homeschooling them. You can give them access to material which is far more rigorous than that which the government schools will offer. You can work with other parents to set up play and study groups with like-minded kids. You can do things on your schedule. You can pay for tutors to help them with your weak subjects. Stop paying other people to raise your kids.

Fairfax County parent here. It won't do any good to complain to them. To hide their inability to provide academic excellence they've stated that their goal is diversity. Fairfax County teachers have been attending critical race theory seminars for weeks, and inviting speakers like Ibram X. Kendi to speak at high cost. TJ is a Governors School, not FCPS, but it's all the same beast. The real solution is homeschooling or private schooling, apprenticeship, and integrated communities which aren't controlled by a government agency. This is already happening; the internet obsoleted the public schools, it's just taking people a while to realize it. Maybe some day the public schools will be the best place for children to spend their early years, but it's not something you'll see in the next couple of decades.
