Looked into BLM form 990 filings to see what they are spending money on. Turns out they only filed in 2017, and it doesn't apear they filed in 2018 or 2019.

Also appears BLM was issued a cease and desist back in 2019 and also june 2020. They aren't allowed to fundraise.

This seems to mirror what Ben Shapiro was talking about on Monday. In areas where there wasn't even necessarily decreased police presence, but the police were less likely to actually "police", it led to an increase in crime rates - to the tune of 900 EXCESS deaths and 34,000 EXCESS felonies.
