My main and pretty much only complaint about Trump is that many of his appointments were terrible, some to the point where it neutered his presidency. I'm sure he was being convinced by that weasel Israel First Jared Kushner, as well as many other swamp monsters. He's too trusting and they used that to their advantage. But at the same time he could have fired most of them at any time, I wonder why he didn't send off Sleepy Jeff and Bagpipe Barr within at least a month or two. Yet he still got way more done than many other recent presidents, imagine if he had a non-conpromised DOJ and a Supreme Court that cares about the constitution instead of politics. And a Republican Party that was actually Republican instead of part of the uniparty. Cucks like McStain and his butt buddy Graham and the like really followed Turtle Mitch instead of their president.
Hopefully he writes a book about his presidency. I'll buy a copy for every member of my family for Christmas.

And the defense could argue there are pretty detailed replicas out there as well. Which there are. You really expect them to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt based off this evidence alone? Even I wouldn't convict him if that charge based on only that evidence. And I'm one of the people that are disappointed that Kyle misses and merely hit him in the arm. From what we know, the evidence just isn't there that would lead to a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.
My guess? The video alone isn't proof it was an actual gun. Unless they were able to recover the gun, and maintain the chain of custody regarding handling evidence, it would seem like a large mountain to climb for a prosecutor to get a conviction. High chance he passed that gun off to a comrade before going to the hospital. With only the video and photos as evidence I don't see a really strong case unfortunately.

Unfortunately (lol not really) I live in Florida and there are few mask nazis here. Even stores with corporate policies regarding customers wearing masks they rarely say anything to me about not wearing a mask.
They really have no idea what to do when you say "no thank you, I'm fine" and even when they say shit like "it's store policy" I just say "yeah, I saw the large sign, it's hard to miss". Always smiling and never stopping and of course never putting on a mask. They never follow or do anything else.
It's rare it happens here but I do enjoy the look on the mask Nazi's faces when I'm not only polite but acknowledge everything they say, I just don't comply with their requests.
