Everyone else can go to hell, I'll go to Texas.

No shit.

Not even one of Trump's picks voted to save the republic. Only Alito and Thomas did.

What the blue ass fuck does GOA have to do with BATFE going in balls deep?

Did GOA make them go after bump stocks? Did GOA make them reclassify Q pistols as SBRs? Did GOA make them start going after pistol imports or braces?

I guess the assault on the second amendment just kicked into high gear. They aren't even waiting for Trump to leave office first.

Reading a Trump tweet that had the phrase "Biden Administration" in it today pretty much signaled it was over.

SCOTUS, including all three of trumps picks, shitting on the constitution this evening confirmed it.

It doesn't matter. Their votes won't matter any more than ours.

The only thing that matters is what the machine is programed to spit out. Biden would have gotten the same number of votes on November 3rd if no one in the country bothered to vote.

250 years is pretty much the upper end of the scale for how long an empire or civilization can last, historically speaking.

He made reference to the Biden Administration in a tweet today.

That broke my heart to read.

It was a nice republic, while it lasted.

Pence could pull a Democrat move and make all of the Democrats leave the room while he counts the votes, and then announce that Trump won 738 electoral votes.

Two can play Dominion style games.

SCOTUS will not (and arguably cannot) order 'the state electors to vote for trump".

SCOTUS might order the state legislatures to "appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors." I'm fairly certain that is what SCOTUS will do, which means it falls on the state legislatures - some may try to vote for Biden electors.

Ahem.

ACB is decidedly NOT fat.

I'm wearing out the Command and R keys on SCOTUS' site.

They could order an injunction against electors from those four states casting ballots. That is well within their powers and is a reasonable step to buy time.

Repeat after me: SCOTUS can and will do whatever SCOTUS damn well wants to, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
