Have you checked this data?
I salute your efforts and apologize for misunderstanding the initial post.
Have you looked at the death data posted here: http://69.64.83.144/~sbbd/
Death data is here: http://69.64.83.144/~sbbd/
Use this data to filter the CSV down to only deceased voters.
I downloaded the full voter registration data from here and removed what I didn't need.
You missed ALOT. Over 10k.
I put together a list of all registered voters in Michigan born in 1920 or earlier and still considered ACTIVE registrations as of this October. It is posted here: https://thedonald.win/p/11PpFs7RcA/michigan-voter-database--active-/
Correction: If your data truly only has those that cast a ballot it is a step ahead of mine. My apologies.
943 of them registered to vote after 1/1/2010 2,583 of them registered to vote between 2000 and 2010 2,838 of them registered to vote between 1990 and 2000 1,237 of them registered to vote between 1980 and 1990 3,963 registered to vote before 1980, but there seems to be some bad data as 1,311 show as having registered to vote before they were born (e.g. registered 1/1/1900 but born in 1903).
I uploaded a trimmed down copy of the Michigan voter registration database - limited to only those over 100 years old and still listed as ACTIVE in the system.
I have not checked how many of these people cast a ballot.

That's only up to 2011 but it should help.
