What an absolute waste of 3 SCOTUS nominations.
Only Alito and Thomas care about defending the republic and preserving the constitution.
His Federalist Society SCOTUS picks aren't worth a damn and didn't hesitate to fuck the country and wipe their assess with the constitution.
It turns out we don't control the court 6-3, we are in the minority and have only two good justices on our side.
The authenticity of this letter is absolutely unverified at this point.

So far, this is where the states stand.
United States of Texas (21 states):
ALABAMA, ALASKA, ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, IDAHO, INDIANA, KANSAS, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, MISSISSIPPI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NORTH DAKOTA, OKLAHOMA, SOUTH CAROLINA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, WEST VIRGINIA
----VS.----
Soyviet Union (24 states):
CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, GEORGIA, HAWAII, ILLINOIS, MAINE, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON, WISCONSIN
CUCKLAND (1 confused state):
OHIO
UNDECIDED (4 states):
NEW HAMPSHIRE, IOWA, KENTUCKY, WYOMING
Battle lines have been drawn. SCOTUS needs to respond in a manner that preserves constitutional republic and defends the constitution.
Edit to add: And fuck Ohio's Attorney General for not having the balls to pick a side. Cuck.
SCOTUS cannot ignore a case that now has 43 states, two territories, the District of Columbia, and the President of the United States involved.
This shit is going to get settled one way or another, and soon.
As discussed in this thread (https://thedonald.win/p/11QldB4jGp/a-georgia-state-senator-is-filin/), some GA legislators are expected to file an amicus brief in support of the Texas lawsuit. This is a critically important move, as the legislature is the victim of this unconstitutional power grab by the state executive and judicial branches.
Take a few minutes and write your state representatives and encourage them to do the same. Here is an example of an email you can send:
Dear <legislator name here>,
I write as a proud resident of Pennsylvania and an American citizen to urge you to join in the suit filed by Texas in the United States Supreme Court. In brief, the argument is this: Several states have sidestepped their own state legislatures and the Constitution to make drastic changes to election laws and rules - especially pertaining to mail-in ballots. This was done through executive or judicial actions instead of legislative ones.
Texas has now sued Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan for this very reason. I respectfully ask that you, as a member of the legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, join in this lawsuit by filing an amicus brief in support of the plaintiffs. This is a critical moment in the history of the United States, and it behooves all patriots to come to the rescue of the Republic.
From the filing to SCOTUS: "Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The Defendant States flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect—they made the 2020 election less secure in the Defendant States. Those changes are inconsistent with relevant state laws and were made by non-legislative entities, without any consent by the state legislatures. The acts of these officials thus directly violated the Constitution. . . ."
This case presents a question of law: Did the Defendant States violate the Electors Clause by taking non-legislative actions to change the election rules that would govern the appointment of presidential electors? These non-legislative changes to the Defendant States’ election laws facilitated the casting and counting of ballots in violation of state law, which, in turn, violated the Electors Clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution. By these unlawful acts, the Defendant States have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but their actions have also debased the votes of citizens in Plaintiff State and other States that remained loyal to the Constitution.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. I feel that these are simple yet solid constitutional arguments and I feel it would be appropriate to join in support of this lawsuit on our behalf.
Thank you very much for your efforts on behalf of Pennsylvania and the United States of America.
Respectfully,
