https://soundcloud.com/user-98066669/185-osint-tips-tools-training The part about pulling livestreams starts just before the 1 hr mark. The podcast is generally more focused on privacy than OSINT so if you want know how to avoid getting doxxed the other episodes are worth a listen too!
They probably are. Listened to a podcast about OSINT the other day (OSINT = Open Source Intelligence, gathering publicly available information online). The guy that was interviewed all but confirmed that he works for law enforcement. He mentioned that he spent the past few months gathering evidence, mostly pulling in livestreams from protesters.
National Geographic used to be great. I still remember reading my dads old issues from the 90's and the early 2000's. Bought some myself years later and the difference in quality was astounding. All environmentalism with some shitty cultural articles tossed in.
If your bodycam mysteriously dissappears after an incident, you may get charged with evidence tampering, would not recommend this strategy. A bodycam serves two purposes: gathering evidence and keeping its wearer honest. Just behave like a decent person and you'll be fine.
AFAIK if a charge doesn't hold in MN, it get downgraded to a lesser one.
