No. It is 212 to 218. If they lose three votes to the Rs and all Rs vote against then the vote will be 215 to 215 and the legislation will not pass. The story should say the dems can only lose two votes to the other side. This story is misleading as fuck.

This story is so fucked up—their majority did not shrink to two seats. The story should say they can lose no more than two votes, if they lose three votes to the other side (assuming the other side votes against 100%) then it will be a tie and the legislation will not pass.
