Yep, exactly. I believe we saw it happen in real time during the early months of this craziness too. As states one by one clamped down that was when problems seemed to show up. But it was all brushed off as "oh noes the virus is spreading seeee" even though the pattern never matched how viruses would be spreading naturally.
