If I want to put it kindly, Scott Adams loves to think he is some kind of expert, and everyone has blind spots. Another side of me thinks that Scott Adams cannot be fully trusted. Let's just say for now Scott is a bit like Little Ben Shapiro.

Remember, Trump has to appeal to the undecided or middle ground, some of which are extremely sensitive to any notion of "white militia" or similar stuff, even though the PBs are there to protect lives and property. Here at TD.win we already know too much about the real world (we took the red pill and all that) and are really blase about such things, but many others out there still believe in their comfy lives and are easily spooked. These people won't know, or don't want to know, that we are fighting for the survival of civilization itself. Trump cannot go gung-ho, so he had to take some kind of middle ground.
Such pronouncements are more for the mainstream. Those who read and do some research already know most of it, so often it feels weird to us. In our heads we are always screaming to get on with it. But the fake news will try to memory-hole all of the Dems bad stuff, so he must holler such things loud and clear. It has to go mainstream, so that the left can't say that our side is out to get them.
The exact timing is still up to Q, Q+, and those in the ops. Probably after sorting out the SCOTUS. But whether before or after Nov 3, your guess is as good as mine. The initiative still lies with Q ops. It sucks, but they risk life and limb for liberty, so it's their call.
