Idk if it's planned. Last I heard, the lab in Wuhan sold animals that were tested on to the local markets to make a few bucks and that's how it started. idk if I believe that though. Seems sloppy. I do think the media is blowing it up, however. They have so much they have to hide and this seems to fit the bill. I think part of the reason there are so many casualties in China is because the air pollution is so bad it's as if everyone is elderly there. It will blow over before the election though.
