In PA, the mail in/absentee votes are the first to be confirmed as voted. In-person voters will not be confirmed to have voted until Monday, November 16th.
Nominees get intelligence briefings as do all former Presidents.
It is not as detailed as the Presidential Daily Briefing.
Former Vice-Presidents can receive an even lower form of briefings but it is unknown if any living VPs have ever requested information.
Centre County always votes Dem as the large academia and student population in State College turn that way regardless of registration numbers.
Dauphin County also always leans left as Harrisburg is full of government workers.

My child voted absentee/mail in. I cannot track their vote on PA's site for some reason. I'm pretty sure that I know their name and date of birth and they told me that they received their ballot and mailed it. I still can't find the proof of voting on Pennsylvania's site.

Go to their county election results. Compare Presidential results to far down ballot results at the precinct level. What you are looking for is where Biden did 2.5-3.5% better than down ballot races. If we find enough in that range, it can strongly indicate that Hammer/Scorecard is real.
When Trump wins AZ, PA giving it's electoral votes to JEB! would guarantee victory for Trump since no one would get to 270 leaving it to US House delegations and that's a Trump win.

The Court usurped their power to redistrict basically saying that even though it's in the Constitution that the legislature has the sole power, we don't care so the PA Supreme Court is going to rule that this isn't legal so it's another thing that ends up in the SCOTUS.

Nursing homes were limited to employees only. Those employees are often members of SEIU the strongest Democratic union left.
Forced voting is often the norm in nursing homes, especially with non-responsive residents but this year it's probably rampant without the family being able to check.
