I think you’re right about it all except the no Republican can be competitive thing. It’s absolutely imperative to their plan for the time being to have the illusion of choice. They need people to still think their vote matters.
They might have the numbers to “make it stick” this time but the point is if he’s not the President for the next four years it doesn’t matter regardless. If they get away with the steal this time they’re not just going to do away with Dominion and cheating for 2024 and give him a fair election.
It’s virtually meaningless. Either he has them in his crosshairs and this won’t stop him from taking them down, or he doesn’t and he’ll never be President again anyway because they’ll just cheat if they have to. Purely political theater to be used for propaganda in MSM.
