Tell ya one thing, though: Oxytocin should be as easy to get as antidepressants. Oxytocin is a mighty fine substance the body makes. Access it by being a nurturing loving human being, and showing it towards animals, counts too. They don't call it the love hormone for nothing. People who don't have anyone to take care of or be kind to, are deprived. If you have "no one" then sweet talk your garden that you cherish. It's what you think, say and do.
