How do you know what info he has access to if he hasn't released any of it! he released the evidence he provided to his court case that was tossed which was just a compilation of stuff that was already released. So what information does he have that no one else has?

William Binney and Kirk Wiebe proposed a dual system where you have two separate systems that count the vote but don't communicate with each other. One is completely offline and only stored locally at every respective precinct. The other can send results to a the state tabulators to process the votes. Then you can verify the numbers by using both systems to see if they match up. I think that's what they suggested at least. But i like your proposal too.

What intelligence agencies do, like they did in this election, is disseminate different "theories" on how the fraud was done except the real way it was done.

Genuine question, Mike Pompeo was CIA director and admitted that the CIA lies, cheats and steals. Then when Binney went to him with real evidence in 2017 as to why there was no Russian hack, Pompeo never followed up on it. Why? Then, the propaganda against Russia, Iran and China. Aggressive sanctions and calling for drone strikes and attempts to get us into wars that trump stopped. I believe Pompeo was the swamp around Trump that prevented people like Assange and Snowden from being pardoned.
