I give him some credit for bailing Kyle out of jail, but attaching the label of "Kyle's bail fund" to any fundraiser would have likely gotten plenty of donations.

11th hour appeals are normal lol. They do that shit so the most liberal activist judge gets another chance to grandstand about the death penalty.

Americans paid for the vaccine. The fact that we're allowing others to get the vaccine (after we get first dibs) is an act of generosity.

Perhaps Melinda should have her healthcare taken away until she is willing to pay for the healthcare of a small African village.

Robert Barnes was ranting about how many Republican judges come from the Federalist Society which churns out establishment types with squishy spines. Besides SCOTUS, federal judges are really McConnell picks.

Its better than my initial estimate that 80% of Republicans were cowards.

Ted Cruz said in his newest book that the best judges aren't involved with making policy, which would disqualify him because he absolutely wants to make policy. He would only give up his Senate seat for a seat in the Oval Office.

Without even delving into the legal aspects of this response, the "Texas seeks the unprecedented step" part is an ad hominem and the mention of Trump's other lawsuits is a red herring.

It's also funny how many bullshit adjectives they managed to inject. "Texas seeks the unprecedented step of commandeering the electoral process of a separate and coequal sovereign state". Texas has made abundantly clear they are arguing that PA violated the Constitution with regards to how they handled the election. If PA is allowed to get away with this, they're not coequal as they have been granted a special privilege to violate whatever Constitutional requirements they find inconvenient.

I hope the NAACP files a motion to intervene like they did in that other PA case and attaches affidavits of their witnesses admitting to breaking the law.

Those PA GOP leaders are doing everything they can to contest the election results short of using their powers to select electors. Slowly but surely their balls will fully descend if we keep applying pressure.

I thought he was based as fuck. Refused to throw the officers who shot Breonna Taylor as she was ""sleeping"" under the bus.

As a younger senator, Diane Feinstein received death threats from some radical leftist organization. Her reply was to buy a new revolver and brag to the news that if she was going down, she would take one of them with her. It was pretty bad ass.

And then she turned out to be one of the biggest gun grabbers of all time.

At this rate it'll become more economical for me to buy an F-150 to tow my shit than to rent a UHaul out of here. Although I'm happy for more "reasons" to buy a truck.

  • Other states did Y
  • Y contradicts X
  • Other states violated the Constitution

I liked Silicon Valley because I thought the characters being such betas was funny. I didn't realize Kumail was playing himself.

I'm tempted to ask my AG Xavier Becerra (Commiefornia) to join the defendants because even Obama judges think his arguments are retarded.

I don't trust the motive, but I like the idea of forcing Facebook to sell off WhatsApp and Instagram.

"Electoral college vote".

I'm surprised she still exists after most Land whales were purged in the Great Boogaloo of December 2020 and their blubber harvested to power lamps.

Democrats changed from being racists who pander to whites to being racists who pander to blacks.

50 million sounds adequate, considering the average person is unlikely to even be hospitalized from COVID-19.

What a fucking fag. Imagine going to law school for several years, taking the time to specialize in election law, only to use your knowledge to weaken the integrity of elections.

What a shallow fucking life this cunt lives.

No thanks. America abolished indentured servitude a long time ago.
