Just because they can legally control content on their platform, doesn't mean they are immune from criticism or immune from liability for libel for claiming Ron Paul was spreading false information.

That wouldn't work since countries have the right to expel diplomats. They just can't be arrested.

Weird. It's almost like you can't trust the media to accurately report things. Certainly that can't be the case, can it? lol.

Not sure that the "RNC" establishment has really changed. Plenty of them still support Jeb-style candidates.

But voters back then rejected Jeb too!

How did he fire them "prior" to taking office? Typically you'd have to be in office to have any legal power to fire someone. The article doesn't really say besides the headline.

Trump failed to wholesale fire all the Obama holdovers. He should have fired every swinging dick he could, even if he had nobody to replace them.

You might not know much about how the federal workforce works. Firing the appointed officials (without replacing them) just leaves department career bureaucrats in charge, who are undoubtably leftists as well.

Graham isn't facing another Senate election for 5 more years though. He just won reelection in 2020.

They are relying on Article 1, Section 4:

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

I don't see how this allows them to regulate presidential elections or state/local ones though.

Good recommendation. In case people don't want to search for that, Snurdley's show is on at 4-5pm Eastern on WABC radio.

How many GOP Senators voted to confirm this guy?

Edit: "The Senate voted 64-33 in favor of the nomination, with 14 Republicans joining Democrats to back Cardona."

Murkowski, Rubio, Grassley, McConnell, Cassidy, Collins, Fischer, Burr, Tillis, Portman, Cornyn, Romney, Capito, Johnson.

That shit is also much more expensive than real meat, which is also why people probably aren't buying it.

Just more lazy posting (and sticking) here at dotwin. Nothing new sadly, but it makes us look like idiots.

This case was expedited and a decision is expected this week.

They can only be removed legally via being impeached by the House and subsequently convicted by the Senate. It's extremely rare.

Come on, they wouldn't be passing this if it meant the new voters were likely to be conservative. This will also open the books to even more fraud in NY since you can always make up unlimited numbers of new non-citizens to pad the voter rolls when needed.

You're missing the second part of the new DA's announcement: the new DA also said that he would not be pushing for ANY term of incarceration except for a limited number of offenses. Just because you are convicted of something that has a 1 year jail term on the books doesn't mean you'll serve any of that time under this new regime.

Thank you. This seems like virtue signaling when the law never relied on local or state enforcement anyway.

I don't think they actually "stormed" in. They were likely suspicious that it was a BS report so they just wanted to take a peek in so that they could document that the report was 100% bullshit.

I mean I can understand him trying to sink Trump (acting out of pure selfishness), but why he would think that would give him any support is the big question. What voter listens to this shit from Cruz and thinks "oh man, I can't wait to support that guy!".

Thanks. I can't stand posts that don't link to the original source myself either.
