Yeah, no. Basically all of what you wrote is legal gobbiligook that only gets echoed around by birthers.

Having 1 US citizen parent is enough to convey US citizenship at birth, which is the exact same as being a natural born citizen, the requirement to be president.

The whole birth certificate thing was used by Obama to troll his political enemies, but was never any legal risk to his Presidency. Even if Obama was born in Kenya, he would still have been a natural born citizen.

I hate Obama with a passion, but the birther crap was just stupid.

If Trump doesn't win this year, I fear that we won't ever have an incumbent GOP president again. The Dems will fully rig our elections for a generation when they take over.

It's all Chad Wolf, Trump's head of DHS.

Hope so, but I'm not sure that they will actually win if Pepe's original creator files a copyright infringement lawsuit, which he has already done against several other sites that commercialized Pepe. He hates that people on the right use Pepe. :(

Yeah, the rules are you can't do it without the permission of the foreign government. (unless you are Iran circa 1979, etc)

Yep, remember the temp guy running DOJ that everyone was excited about? (Matthew Whitaker) He later signed the memo that ended up turning millions of bumpstock owners into felons if they didn't melt down their own property. Traitor to the Constitution as far as I'm concerned.

I've always been a fan of CCW, but recently God protect you if you ever actually need to use your CCW and you live in an area with a Soros DA. You might survive the initial confrontation, but in this political climate the government will "finish the job" when they prosecute you despite your lawful use of self defense.

Parts of the USA are effectively the UK with their cucked views of self defense now.

In my grandfather's day, if someone tried to setup a homeless camp in the park, the police would have automatically cleared them out the 1st night they were there. (no one would even had to ask)

Hopefully the mods / owners of this site have a secret Plan B in case it's taken down. For security reasons they probably won't let us know of that ahead of time.

No, Google blacklisted it earlier today (I confirmed myself), and only reversed it once they got called out.

It happened to too many other conservative sites at the same time for that to be the reason.

victory2024 3 points ago +4 / -1

A bunch of top conservative sites were apparently blacklisted by Google today: Ace of Spades HQ and Instapundit are also gone too. This is straight up 1984 style election interference.

The logical conclusion to the Virgin v Chad meme.

Notice how Google told the Federalist they they'd kill their advertising unless the Federalist removed their comment section.

All of that stuff is written by leftist journalists who want to keep up the "myth" of RBG.

Not really. Congress's only remedy here is to impeach and remove her, which won't happen.

If John Roberts wasn't such a cuck, he'd have a frank discussion with her telling her it's time to resign. But he's basically on her side politically and hates Trump just as much.

What exactly is "doing what needs to be done"? The President can't literally order social media to do what he wants. We've already seen that the courts are eager to immediately block any executive action by Trump, so it's important to make sure the action is done legally. This means agencies need to draft new rules in compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), otherwise they will be overturned.

That said, Trump should have started this process years ago, because I'm afraid it's too late to really make much of a difference at this point, especially relating to the 2020 election.

Yes he has. In the last couple of months, he issued an executive order telling the DOJ to draft new rules governing section 230 liability. He also instructed agencies like the FTC to look at this issue.

I'm sure China is already licking their lips while looking at Taiwan. Hopefully the US upholds their promises to keep Taiwan free.
