If it were that large Biden would be bumping in to it. Those mics are clearly fake and they even move with the camera pan. Those are being held by a different person than the camera. They wouldn’t move together.
It might be compression making the odd edge on the head. It could be totally fake though. They can use audio from one clip, Biden with a mask from another clip, mix it all together to make it look like a new clip. Someone needs to find the original video clip of Biden walking up like that. It would prove that it’s all fake then.

Brings up a question. How does the government have the authority to interfere with a mortgage contract. You might be able to argue that a state does, but the federal government's powers are enumerated. It has to be specifically authorized in the constitution. It should definitely require effort to vote. The government is a complicated system and I don't want you deciding anything about it without demonstrating at least a little bit of initiative in registering to vote.
