Never underestimate the work ethic of "youth."
When I was a young teen they built a new set of residences and piled up mounds of dirt on another plot of land. We turned that thing into a BMX course. Dig this out, pack that it. Ride it. Improve it.
Later my friends and I got dirt bikes. Found a great spot and rolled out a backhoe. Spent a summer building an amazing dirt bike course off of a fire road on the backside of a hill.
Yea, I made a little slip up and given enough motivation and time she tracked it down. Lesson learned.
Outside of this paradise I am almost a void on posting. Reddit is gone. Twitter is gone. FB only has some very sparse posts that are basically coded messages to certain people that look mundane (besides the random attempt to get FB to terminate me).
This 100%. I also work in professional services and had a jilted ex track down my reddit account and send a handful my of joke posts (out of context) to my employer. I made it through but it was a rough few months getting the side eye. Cost me a pay bump and a bonus.
they might get shot.
For sure. After I moved to TX a childhood friend asked me what was different about Texas. "Assume everyone is packing. You want to road rage at someone? Assume they are armed. That 80 year old lady has a hand cannon."
Makes everyone nicer.
Are there any Karens that aren't mentally ill?
