Nope. All we need is a tie. (Because Pence gets to cast the deciding vote in any tie situation). So say Murkowski and Collins abstain that means the vote would be 51-47 with 2 abstaining. I think there's a good chance that this is what happens.
There's a difference between not voting and voting no. If she votes no then that would give the Dems another vote and bring them up to 48 but if she simply abstains it won't hurt us as bad.
She's a worthless POS either way, but this is an important distinction.
They should be able to verify. In my county your name is crossed off a list once you vote, whether you vote early or mail it in they should be able to cross you off, otherwise people could just early vote 10 days in a row.
