Do you think when they had to walk 100 miles to go to their voting place in 1845 that the congress didn’t take into account inconvenience and determine inconvenience does not have priority over having to go to vote?

You know courts don’t let you file successive claims. You must ALL your claims upfront and then have rights to appeal to the Supreme. You cant try things and go back and back with different arguments.
