When the local Iraqi militia showed up to take the dying prisoner, a person other than Gallagher, asphyxiated him to save him from torture by the Iraqis.
This court case reflects an internal struggle within the SEAL's that Bill McRaven's legacy left behind because he loved Obama and hated Trump. There is no place for that BS in the military. The only reason the Bin Laden raid happened is because people ignored orders to stand down. Some military leaders are borderline treasonous in their actions and are in clear violation of the UCMJ.

It looks like each witness is giving sound bites to both sides so the conservatives can run off with their "proof" and liberals can run off with their "proof". I posit that this is part of a pattern where politicians and their friends descend on blossoming countries like a plague of locusts, give aid for kickbacks and install a cabal of companies, NGOs and government agencies where they are man-in-the-middle grabbing money at every turn.
