White House Preventative Measure Guidelines

HIGH BP WARNING BE SAFE - Sleep and stay on your back as much as possible, protect the stomach. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER - SWEAT IT OUT

IT IS NOT A HEAD FEVER - DON'T RELY ON HEAD TEMPS ALONE

Loved ones all around us are about to go through Hell, remind them that you love them and you are there for them. They will seem angry, confused, and scared. Shepherd these children back into the Light, Everything will be okay.

It comes in waves. Stay vigilant and do not prematurely assume you are in the clear. The worst is your immune system dialing in the attack, but it is important to let it do its job. The next week of your life will involve the shower and/or bath and room temperature water, do not take any chances as soon as you feel warm.

Watch the heart rate closely, prepare a body temp shower or bath if breathing becomes labored or panicked. Too hot and too cold shock the system. Stay calm and breathe deeply, everything will be okay. Do not take ibuprofen or aspirin. Stay hydrated, if eating is difficult try to drink your nutrients.

The stomach pains will come and pass, sleep on your back not your front. Do not put anything heavy on your stomach and do not let anyone touch you. Watch for bruising anywhere.

Vaporizers, humidifiers, heated blankets and frequent baths/showers to help regulate body temp. Caffeinated cleanser helps the heat evaporate. Sweating is good, dehydration is bad. The lips and hands will dry as the body attempts to flush the system, arthritis might occur, stay calm, stay hydrated, full and focused.

Think energy, sugar or sweet tooth cravings occur so monitor glucose if diabetic or keep something like snickers around for a quick source of energy.

Symptoms start as a sunburn day 1 (don't confuse with anaphylaxis although similar), feels like a heat stroke at peak (veins pop out, heart will race), things seem fine the day after, but symptoms return and peak as a near heart arrhythmia 3 days later. This sucks, be prepared for delusions, anger and nightmares as you go into survival mode. Turn off anything that may annoy you like notifications etc if possible. Have someone with you if you go radio dark though or make a system of people checking in on you.

4th and 5th day for rest, chest pains may continue as your heart heals from the fight of your life. Fever and light headache may occur. Stay flat on your back. Stay hydrated, moisturize skin. Monitor temp and bp. Occasional coughing up of sputum and sneezing on day 5, but nonviral based on color. You might get gassy from being on your back, it will hurt to purge, keep calcium carbonate (tums) on hand.

Day 6 rest as your body fights to recover

Day 7 Symptoms return and peak as another high fever. This sucks, be prepared for delusions, anger and nightmares as you go into survival mode. Turn off anything that may annoy you like notifications etc if possible. Have someone with you if you go radio dark though or make a system of people checking in on you. Stay in the shower, adjust temp as you feel needed not as someone else tells you. Protect the future Children, your suffering will be rewarded.

Day 8 - Sleep, shower and Protect the future Children, your suffering will be rewarded..relief is here. Stay calm and breathe deeply, everything will be okay. Do not take ibuprofen or aspirin. Stay hydrated, if eating is difficult try to drink your nutrients.

Day 9 - stay hydrated and rest, prepare to spit as needed

Trust in what your body is telling you. If fever returns, jump in the shower asap, again adjust temps and water placement as YOU feel helpful.

Symptoms will subside from there

Treat all of the above with caution medically as I must bear no liability, but especially this below:

(Cannabaceae for anti-inflammatory?)

NO ALCOHOL. NO SMOKING. Protect THE LIVER, THE LUNGS, and THE CHILDREN

Sunlight/vitamin C/D = good?

high protein and "clean" fats/dairy diet (think keto?) = good?

coffee/tea = good?

Zinc (or zinc magnesium aspartate) = good?

benadryl = good?
