I heard they expect the real estate market to be strong this year but I'm not very financial so I can't say what they mean- I have to watch it again. But sounds like the Trump regulations will take them time to change- can last 12-16 months.
The issue is a friend from Belgium told me that they announced over there they are already talking about extending the lockdown to 2022. RIght now they have a curfew. So, I think they may follow this here too. And they may do that to shift that balance of power they lost under T. Right now, small businesses are closing down and big Walmarts are skyrocketing...:-(

But, I am so conflicted because I trust Rudy, Sidney, Bannon, Posobeic, etc. And, Rudy seems to be in line with Trump on the transition. Posobeic has a tweet (from yesterday) that he heard Trump walk out of the O with Pence both laughing and Trump made some comment along the lines of how he would support Pence for a 2024 run if he doesn't decide to run himself. And Sid, hasn't spoken up and i've gone to her site and nothing yet. :-(
