UPDATE ON THAT: Fox has been showing Milwaukee County at 99% reported for over an hour. Same ratio, 60.3% Biden (~170.7K votes) to 38.3% Trump (~108.2K votes).
Of course, last election, the Milwaukee election authorities suddenly found a wayward tramp steamer in MKE's harbor at 2am, with some tens of thousands of "ballots" magically tucked away in its cargo hold. Of course, those "ballots" leaned so far to the left, you'd think they belonged to a one-leg-missing-below-the-knee amputee. And that is how WI got stuck with its current "leader," Governor Evers... AKA "the man who wears a mask in Zoom meetings, despite being at home by himself."
As for the other WI outlier leftist stronghold, Dane County, that's long ago been flagged as 100% reported, with the ratio running 260K votes (75.7%) Biden, 79K (22.9%) for Trump, which basically demonstrates how about half of Madison's residents work for some form of state-level government.
It is now 3am in WI, and it's pretty unlikely things could shift enough for Biden to take WI.... but then, nothing is over 'til it's over.

Congratulations! Give yourself some credit, there's nothing wrong with getting a Ruger 10/22. It's an excellent design and a staple among 22LR rifles.
A zillion accessories and enhancements are out there for it, too. I certainly wouldn't say it should be your "only gun," but IMHO everyone should have one at their disposal for practicing marksmanship and/or light hunting.
