The real issue here is that people actually believed you could vote by text. That said, I think this kind of thing has been charged before as it seems to cross the line between free speech and fraud.
The point has never been heard by a court so there is no precedent. That said, it is a political remedy so SCOTUS may stay out of the issue again even if the case is brought.
It's a real shame (and I hope this changes) that the hammer and sickle don't have the same stigma as the swastika does. Wearing the symbol of a murderous and evil ideology with a smile is plain wrong. (Obviously, doing it to mock said ideology is just fine and should be encouraged :D But that's obviously not what's going on here.)

I agree with this generally, with very limited exceptions: (1) deployed/active duty military; (2) traveling for your job, with verification off some kind; and (3) "indefinitely confined" but requiring some vetting process (doctor's verification, for example).
Also need to make Election Day a Saturday so that work is not an excuse.

I’m not speaking for everyone, but I’m an engineer and have a decent amount of manufacturing experience. I don’t think it’d be easy, but I’m certain I could figure it out given the motivation and time. 🤷♂️
Many of those techniques are needed to mass produce guns at high quality. But mass production might not be needed in this extreme scenario. Precision can be achieved at home with very well known and widely available tools and techniques (old lathes, mills, and hand techniques can be used, for example).
When it comes to designs of guns, the function can be easily derived from any other gun. Just take it apart and figure it out. Also, assuming gun manufacturers went belly-up, someone could buy their IP and make it public.

Agreed. I think they and many others (myself at one point) had accepted that we had fair fights in this country and that, for the most part, cheating hasn't had a big impact. This election really opened my eyes, and probably because I was following everything on TDW and other sites so closely. Others are just slower on the uptake. For people like Rand, I assume he's got some idiot staffers that are either totally ignorant fools or are working against us by feeding him garbage information.

Edit: Men will find their way back to church more frequently if that's where all the women are because women start to hold the line and raise their standards for men. It seems that the easier women make it to get sex, the lower quality men are as they aren't motivated to be better (porn probably contributes to this issue, too).
