I have plenty of hope that good men and women will be more active and run for local, county, and state gov’t as a result of the covid tyranny and this election. We can’t let self-serving idiots run the show any more.
It seems like we would need a mass defection from the GOP for this to even have a chance at working. Lots of inertia in the GOP that would be hard to overcome.

If you take another life, you forfeit the right to your own. Simple rule. So basic God made it back in Genesis 8 after the flood. People who don’t understand this and have more sympathy for the murderer than the murdered are intellectual and emotional children.
He shouldn't even bother arguing with bureaucrats. Just make fun of them. Mock them for making such stupid rules that do nothing to help anyone. Make fun of how slavishly they follow the dumbest rules and how pathetic their lives must be that they obediently walk around enforcing this garbage. Mockery does a lot more than just getting angry. Have contempt for their tyranny and let it show.
Who are the parties in this case and where is the original document? This could just be the old, pre-election decision that made it so they couldn't advise people to use indefinite confinement because of COVID.

Notice that his vest has his own name on it. Don't you think that's strange? Even if I was running for office I cannot imagine wearing campaign apparel with my own name on it. Or really buying something like that. Just seems so incredibly narcissistic and tacky.
I don't think GEOTUS ever does this, does he? He puts his name on other things, buildings, steaks, etc. But he wears a MAGA hat that expresses an idea everyone can get behind and has nothing to do with his name. I think the press and his opponents say Trump is "self-centered" just because he fights back. But this idiot with his name stitched into his own clothing seems significantly more self-centered to me.
And, fake voters can’t be disenfranchised.
Their arguments seem pretty weak. In response to the claim that court inappropriately changed election laws they say that courts have been involved in redistricting disputes. As if the lines drawn for a particular district has anything to do with the process of voting. Then they focus a lot on how safe mail-in voting is supposed to be, as if that is the only issue raised by Texas. Texas also mentions the obstruction of observers and all the other garbage that went on on Election Day/night.
This is the kind of thing you write when you have no solid argument but you hope lots of obfuscation and mud-slinging will carry the day.

Soooo, it seems like one of the largest fraud issues is people moving out of red states to blue states but still voting in their former red state to have more of an impact. That is, NY and CA residents are intentionally messing with the whole country.

They’ll take it up to the Supreme Court then. The doctrine of laches this court applied is sort of a “you waited too long to sue” doctrine. Not sure that really should apply for constitutional questions. The issue they are raising is that the election was conducted according to a new law that had not finished going through the amendment process, instead of the existing law on the books.
Also, going to SCOTUS isn’t guaranteed. But given the importance of the issue here, I’d imagine SCOTUS would grant cert and take the case.
