The only person I've ever had to fire, was because of lateness. We're a 24x7 facility. You can't go home until you're relived. 2nd shift guy over slept causing 1st shift guy to have to stay over 1.5 hours later than usual and that really inconvenienced him. Fired 2nd shift guy next morning before his shift.
If you don't respect your coworkers enough not to show up on time you can work somewhere else.
And yes, 2nd shift guy was black and in his 20s. Threw away a great job and opportunity with his laziness.

I bought during trump and got 3.125% and my house was $150k. I've remodeled it by myself and renovated the kitchen. My real estate buddy constantly asks if I want to sell, he says I could ask $309k right now and that would likely produce a bidding war. He seems to think I can get upwards of $350k.
