Well, I know you're being sarcastic but 500,000 people have died with the primary cause of death listed as Covid-19. 240,000 people who died of Covid-19 also have the secondary comorbidity listed as ... please clap ... influenza. Respiratory, obesity, circulatory issues all lag behind as co-morbidities so it's not that everyone who would have died of a heart attack just happened to die of covid this year (although the numbers are high enough to hide that as well). Point is, if you're a person that having a combination of covid and the flu would ... kill you... you can consider getting the vaccine. Don't get mad, I said consider. Normally only about a maximum of 60,000 people die of influenza as their main cause of death so it's something to consider. Maybe look into the numbers a bit more, idk, but that is a why. The number of people who are "permanently disabled or killed" by the vaccines is pretty low. I upvote the side effects because I think it's important for people to know when making their decisions and to rub it in the face of the jerks who pretend vaccines never have side effects. There are things you can consider against vaccination too, of course. There are compelling statistics on that side too.

Even if that figure is accurate, I can tell you having been around enough "gun folks" that percentage is WAY watered down by people who support ALL SORTS of gun control but will still claim they support 2A if they get to keep their biden special smoothbore. Even NRA members. Maybe, in fact, particularly NRA members. I don't want to get into the history and politics of the nra in this post but let's just say that people tried to change tactics of the nra to be less gun-control friendly to put it mildly and they were struck down like the minority they actually were. Those same people chose to focus their efforts outside the NRA and are having some success right now. It's probably mostly coastal elites but there be some fudds in the red states too. Montana, Wyoming, Ohio, Florida just off the top of my head. You wouldn't believe the shit going on in Florida on the gun rights front.

They've been doing this for a long time. They did it to me 10 years ago and I haven't been on the platform since. Before they locked my account, they had just started the tagging system and it was creepy as hell seeing people just tag you in pics you didn't even know they took of you literally everywhere you went: gym, dining hall, on the way to take a shower in the dorms. Kind of how apple tags your face in everything automatically now. They clearly knew who I was, where I was, almost everyone I talked to, etc. But they still wanted my passport or drivers license. Just ... creepy people working at FB.
