I have said basically the same thing, except for number 9, many times to people in conversations about transgenders. It's a mental disorder, not an issue about gender. It is not my responsibility to play along with someone's mental health issues just to make them feel whole. Transgenders FAKE their way through life and I refuse to play a part in their delusion.
I sent an email that said her behavior and body language was that of someone who was caught red-handed. That it will be lovely to see her in handcuffs. That she attempted to destroy America's elections system and tried to turn this into a 3rd world shit hole. I was not nearly as nice as you were. In fact, I was downright dirty to her.
Mike Dewine is not going to prosecute anyone, he's on thin ice already with Ohioans and will most likely never be elected to State office again. Besides, it's not a "law" - it was not passed by the Ohio legislature. Hopefully the people who had guests from Pennsylvania will recognize their neighbors who called the police and deal with them accordingly...
Your son sounds like he is high-functioning and will go on to lead a completely normal life. I never thought that the 4-year old having meltdowns, would become the absolutely calm and loving young man by his 16th birthday that he is today. I only wish I could call him, send him birthday presents, and all the normal things a grandmother is supposed to do. But due to his parent's TDS, he is off-limits until he turns 18. I am proud that he turned out to be a conservative - I always made it a point to listen to right-wing talk radio when I drove him from school to music lessons, etc. when he was little. LOL! Best wishes and Happy Thanksgiving!
My grandson was diagnosed as autistic and through daily speech therapy and tutoring you would never guess it 16 years later. He's a champion wrestler, plays saxophone, and is a straight A student. His only problem is that he is a young conservative, and his parents have forbid him and I from communicating. He told me I am the only one he can talk to about politics. His parents punish him for reaching out to me on instagram just to say hello.
Boomer here, born 1959. Never has there been anything like this. This is history in the making and you will tell your grand kids about the "Trump Era", the same way I was taught about the "Flapper Era" by my mother.
Thanks for the tips! Depending on the threat, I would most definitely spray in the face. If someone is coming at me with a lead pipe, I would have no problem going for the eyes. If they were simply waving a flag in my face, I would go for the clothing. Either way, getting paint on the skin or hair is key. They can change clothes, but they can't get it off skin or hair that easy.
This has been happening for a long time. I know of one person who is an aide to a developmentally disabled adult who excused it by saying, "he has the right to vote just like everyone else". This man can't count change when he pays a dollar for something, let alone understand the elections process. SHE CLEARLY VOTES FOR HIM IN EVERY ELECTION.
I keep reminding myself to bring a can of enamel spray paint with me when I venture outside, preferably in a bright pink or turquoise color. If I am assaulted, it will be easy to find the perps. Hard to get enamel spray paint off one's face and hair quickly...
