"Cowering?" Around here we are working from home, taking walks around the neighborhood for exercise, talking to neighbors (but keeping distance), gardening, binging on netflix. Riding it out. But no cowering.
Those people could stay at home and we can have measures in place to help them.
They are staying at home. And the best measure to help them is killing this wave of infection so it is safe for them to go out again. Pretty much what we are doing.
