Cui bono?, in English "to whom is it a benefit?", is a Latin phrase about identifying crime suspects. It expresses the view that crimes are often committed to benefit their perpetrators, especially financially. Which party benefits may not be obvious, and there may be a scapegoat.
He claims one person should not be able to disenfranchise 150M voters. Well that is true. But that is not what we are talking about. Those that cheated have already disenfranchise 150M voters (or the majority of them, anyway). What we expect from Mike Pence is that he, and congress, recognize that the cheat has invalidated the vote and that it is time to take advantage of the alternative resolution mechanisms provided for in the constitution. That is, take it to a state vote.
That is the constitutional thing to do. That is how you create disencentives for the large political machines to cheat. That is how you preserve our democracy.
