I take that to mean since he's already served over 2 years he would not be eligible for another term in 2024 but I aint no law professor so I could be wrong.

The truth can be hard to swallow. I have to ask myself sometimes if the other person is wrong or I'm just digging my heels in and sometimes we all need to accept we're being stubborn.
