I saw him excusing very suspicious voting anomalies, like key counties that Biden needs having 100k+ ballots come in late that are just voting for Biden and blank down-ticket (while similar anomalies are not occurring in nearby, less important counties) as 'people just hate Trump.' I don't think he's that dumb, so must conclude he's being dishonest.

They're cheating on an unprecedented scale, so much that even people who aren't into politics are noticing it, because they had to. Trump won by such a huge landslide that they had to say that Biden won the most votes of any candidate in history just to eke out a narrow victory in a couple of battleground states - meanwhile, Biden's voter turnouts in next-door states that weren't heavily contested are average. It's a desperate move. We're not just winning; we've already won. They threw everything they had at us and all it did was show everyone what desperate cheaters they are. Trump isn't going to back down, the fraud is obvious and easy to prove, and we're probably still going to win even if we don't take this to court. Have faith.
