Jones basically says that Q nut jobs started the "insurrection" at the capitol building... which is a lie. It was clearly Left wingers posing as Trump supporters. Last time i looked Antifa and BLM were not supporting the Q movement.
I believe he is a white hat, purposefully denouncing the accuracy of the Q stuff on purpose because it is actually on target. This is covering of the operation in my opinion.
Alex Jones likely knows it is legit... but has been instructed likely by the president or people close to him to "not add weight to it"
This means that he is spreading false news, but in the national interest I understand the reasoning for it.

We are in a place right now where dis info is being used on both sides. Trump will not reveal any cards until the final moment in my opinion. He is holding the strongest hand, and the left radicals know this. Hence the peach mints.
I would honestly just take all the info being sent out as a pinch of salt. Read between the lines. Make a prediction about what each media or voice will say in their article or video, then listen to their report and see how on target you are. If you can predict the news before it is consumed by yourself then you know you are on target with your assumption/world view.
Each news source is only a doorway to an agenda, once you understand the agenda of each news source you can then look through the keyhole of the door and see more of what lies behind it. The more you understand and who the players are and why then the more larger picture you can view behind the scenes.
Hollywood actors for example will always denounce Trump and use the most disgusting language in regards to Trump and use personal attacks, nothing about policy... ...because they have the most to lose (we see them as role models in our society and in reality they are all touching young children and have been doing so for decades.) The same goes for pop stars and mainstream music acts.
Read between the lines, use your brain, analyse, dont take on face value.
Predict what they are going to say before reading or listening to it.

Id go as far as saying its possible for A Jones to actually be controlled opposition to some degree... but maybe more realistically as I first described here.
Moves are being made, they are subtle but I continue to trust people like Flynn, a true patriot who was just pardoned and was obviously OK'd to appear on A Jones...
they had a random meeting on the streets a week or so before and it was awkward as fuck, Flynn pretends to not know who he is... Jones says "you confident, we gonna win" and it was a very awkward moment with Flynn not wanting to be talking publicly to Alex... however a week or two later he comes on the show and says Trump will be president 10/10.
So its very hard to read the situation. But there is a path to finding out what is real if you are aware of the misdirection/misinfo game played by both sides.
TLDR: Q is likely somewhat real imo.
Jones pushes fake narrative about Q being bs for misdirection and ensuring cover for the operation (if he explains it live, it exposes it to enemies, its misdirection imo)
I trust Flynn, he has been through hell, he would be very accurate with his words and his interview with Alex he pulled no punches.
Dont trust media even independent or conservatives on face value, remember every influencer is likely in a game with their own agenda. , why is their propaganda necessary, what is their end game?
Read between the lines and try to make predictions about what you will read from the publisher before reading it, see how accurate you are after reading it.

thats really good man, i too have been on the weight loss path. I moved to Australia and put on loads of weight, i know how to lose it though and prefer to do high animal fat, mostly carnivore, supplements and reduce sugar massively.
I have gone from 95KG to 89KG in 1 week. Not bad!
