If you go to the source of this bogus story, you'll find it originates from a Politico story regarding Pence's and DOJ efforts to toss Ghomert's suit. All Pence really says is Ghomert should be suing Congress, not Pence. Nowhere does Pence or anyone mention Pence's future plans.
