Lets say you are a very well qualified and knowledgeable teacher who happens to be white but your district is under pressure to diversify its staff. They have zero grounds to fire the teacher EXCEPT by race. If they did that they would be in violation of the law. California is so leftist that the actual risk of black people being fired because of their race is nearly zero. The ONLY people that would be affected by this repeal is white and Asian people.
