This was the adjustment for the announcement. Conflating E.O. 13959 & E.O. 13848 is to different things. (Sign 09-12-2018 then Extended on 09-10-2020 expires 09-12-2021) Everybody is waiting to see if President is going to "Execute" 13848. which by now he has every right to do so because the actions they have done... The fake passing of the electoral votes, The knowledge that was corrupt. Having "Court Order" document from a Supreme Court Judge in Georgia asking them to "Re-call" their states electoral votes so they could recertify...
