You're 100% right. Religion (mostly) has little to do with whether a person is good or bad.
Jews are not some perfectly homogenous group that all share the same beliefs and political opinions.

There were a large number of Orthodox Jews that were very recently burning masks in the middle of the street in New York City and were seriously on the MAGA train. They sound nothing like the people you're trying to describe.
I know many good Jews. Some of which are in my family. Technically, by blood I'm Jew-ish. There are plenty of Orthodox Jews in NYC that are based as hell.

I reminded him that there are MANY of us in Pennsylvania. That should be choose inaction, he will not be welcome here. I was clear - it is not a threat of harm, but he should be aware that if any of us see the name "Toomey" come across our desks, be it for a loan, a job, school, etc. and it is for him or a family member that it will not be met with kindness. He will effectively be signing himself and his family up for a lifetime of inconvenience should he refuse to grow a pair of nuts.
