Also easier to hide anything weird with compression. I started watching it with my wife, and before I even comprehended what he was saying, I told her "this doesn't look right to me". I can't even put my finger on it exactly, but to me the mouth looks wrong. Also, the way his head/neck rides on his shoulders. It just looks strange.
That being said, it could very well be legit and I'm imagining things. Although, the implications of what could be done with Biden is what really prompted me to post.

I'm certainly no expert on deep fake technology, but I have watched and editing a HELL of a lot of video in my time. This just looks weird to me, and I don't mean artifacts or green screens or anything like that. I mean the shape of the mouth, the general expression, the eyes, the way the head is attached to the body. It just seems WRONG to me. I can't really explain it more than that, and I certainly can't give a technical reason why I think that way. It's the same way I feel when I watch a movie with tons of CGI. It doesn't seem natural.
